Brief Answer:
Yes it can due to dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. I will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you are quite concerned about your health and fitness and that is a very good sign. Work out under proper guidance is no doubt a big factor to keep things this way.

Considering the test reports you have mentioned, these dont seem alarmingly high and such fluctuations occur between different samples at different point of time. The pulse of just above hundred especially after exercise or work out is quite physiological and normal and has nothing to be worried about. But if it persists this way or you start experiencing dizziness or palpitations or irregular rythms with or without chest pain you can undergo an EKG to be sure about heart rythm abnormalities. Such levels of LDL can be corrected by dietary fats restriction and avoiding greasy and oily foods and with physical work up which you are already doing. Vitamin B12 is water soluble and drinking more water will wash it out and such fluctuations in its normal range can be due to dehydration as you have rightly picked so. Other harmful implications or causes of high B12 level present with other diseases first and are not coinciding with your current situation so likely cause can be dehydration. You can repeat it's levels after 2 or 3 months and keep yourself well hydrated meanwhile.

Wishing you a great health. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
