Brief Answer:
Endocrinology and Psychiatry evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Was thyroid disorder evaluated? There are other hormonal factors that increase heart rate. suggest an Endocrinologist consult.
If you feel the pain inspite of ruling out heart disease you should also get an evaluation for anxiety neurosis. Most times there are some factors in life be it social, family that can cause anxiety.
Heart rates if they are shooting over 50% than base rate needs complete all system examination including Psychiatry.
You can continue to take Tab HAPY and suggest an evaluation by Psychiatrist. I think you should not feel you have a mental illness most often understanding those factors will help solve the issues. You may just need counseling and some help to solve the issues by yourself.

All the best.

Brief Answer:
No heart problem as it appears

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Stalopam is giving for sleeping issues
Happi for gastritis.
Weight is underweight.
Though the blood reports are not the best to know the heart issues, as it appears there seems no risk factors like cholesterol and blood sugar.
I would suggest get BP check done, ECG and 2D ECHO to know the overall heart health status.
The Iron is high with high bilirubin and GGT values. This can be a brunt on liver.
So I suggest you to get evaluation for high Bilirubin and GGT by Gastroenterologist.

Brief Answer:
Nothing significant

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There is no significant heart issues and seems to be healthy. All other organs are also fine with the tests.
So I go back to my first opinion to be anxiety.
The doctor has anyway put you on medication Stalopam plus. It should give you results.
