Question : Recently tested for HSV 1 & 2. 13 weeks after possible exposure. HSV1 54.1 result and HSV2 <.91. Should I retest at 6 months or should I rely on the negative HSV 2 test result?

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If the HSV 2 is negative 13 weeks after the exposure, the possibility of it getting positive later are not there and it is confirmatory that you are not infected with HSV 2.
There is no need of repeat testing.
