Brief Answer:
Herpes wont occur after 30 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thank you for your contact to healthcare magic. I am Dr. Arun Tank I am infectious disease specialist. I am going to handle your query.

We do not have enough data to predict chances of herpes from an exposure. However I would like to state the following:
Herpes has very short incubation period of 10-12 days. So if you have infected with the herpes it will show up in the maximum of 15 days, and not up to 30 days. The symptoms of the herpes are fever (herpes febrilis) blisters and sores around the mouth, nose, genitals, and buttocks, but they may occur almost anywhere on the skin. If you do not have such an symptoms, I strongly feel you are free from herpes.

If you have anything else to ask you can contact me. We wish you a very best health at health care magic. Thank you.

Thanks. That helps my anxiety. I suffer from OCD so this exposure with a girl who was a CSW had really almost ruined my life the last 30 days. Like I said i had unprotected cunnulingus and protected vagina sex. I had a HIV RNA test at 10 days and it was negative. I am taking a duo test tomorrow at 1 month past exposure. When these results come back hopefully negative can I count this as conclusive? I really want to move on with my life!! Thanks!

Thanks. I had a syphilis test and 4th generation duo today and hope I can put my mind at ease in a few days when I receive the results. One last question. What is my risk for acquiring genital
Warts from performing the unprotected cunnulingus? I don't remember seeing any warts but I was drunk! Would symptoms appeared by 31 days if I would of caught genital warts?

Brief Answer:
HPV has incubation period for 3 weeks to 8 months

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Good to hear your concern.

-Genital warts are caused by Human Papilloma Virus, mostly it is caused by type 6 & 11. Incubation period varies from 3 weeks to 8 months for HPV, so it is not predictable in your case it may be in incubation period when I am answering your.

-But if she has genital ulcer you may feel while doing cunnulingus. It may interfere in your procedure.

If you have anything else to ask I will be very happy to answer that. We wish you a best health at healthcare magic.
Thank you,
