Brief Answer:
About hormonal replacement therapy;

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your former query carefully.
Having into consideration your age, you should be from 8 years in menopause.
Usually the symptoms of menopause are continuous and have a tendency to get vanished after 5 years.
The hormonal replacement therapy is suggested to be taken within the first 5 years. So i do not find it appropriate to start it 8 years after menopause.
If it was only a single episode, not experienced before ( during menopause period) i would suggest to see a physician in person for a careful clinical examination.
If this situation persists since you entered menopause, i would recommend to discuss with your physician about menopause symptoms relief tablets.
Hope i have been helpful.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
