Brief Answer:
Needs removal only in presence of symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

The effect can last for 3 to 5 years.

You need a removal only if you experience any symptoms like pain or other implant related complications.

In the absence of discomfort, the implant can be safely continued.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
