Question: I had a uterine polypectomy removed in march with minimal bleeding. My period following was extremely light now I have my second period in may which is super heavy with Alot of large clots. Is that normal?

It is normal to have a heavy period within first 3 cycles of polypectomy.

This is because of increased surface area of uterus after polypectomy and shedding of excess endometrium.
