Question : I had a uterine polypectomy removed in march with minimal bleeding. My period following was extremely light now I have my second period in may which is super heavy with Alot of large clots. Is that normal?
Brief Answer:
It is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is normal to have a heavy period within first 3 cycles of polypectomy.
This is because of increased surface area of uterus after polypectomy and shedding of excess endometrium.
Don't worry about it.
Let me know if you need any more clarification.
