Brief Answer:
It is possible and not uncommon.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It is possible to have both the herpes HSV I and II to be positive without any symptoms at all.

Many people can be positive without any symptoms at all.
It will be difficult to know how is it that you were infected.

Was there any reason that you undertook this test ?

Brief Answer:
Boost up the immunity.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I can understand that it becomes a sort of a shock when one gets positive reports for something that you never suffered from.

I do not think you need to confirm by any other test.
You may recheck for the same tests from other laboratory if you wish to.

Natural remedies:
The best one is to increase / boost your natural resistance power by a healthy food, exercises, Yoga or so. There is no definite curative treatment and no one would start any if you do not have symptoms.

HI IgG POSITIVE AROUNG 8 AND IGM NEGATIVE 0.5, WHAT IS THIS MEAN? Can herpes simplex and herpes zoster can create the same antibody?
doctor
Answered by Dr. T Chandrakant (8 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Both create different antibodies.

Detailed Answer:

Positive - IgG antibody to HSV detected which may indicate a current or past HSV infection.

Positive - IgM antibody to HSV detected which may indicate a current or recent infection. However, low levels of IgM antibodies may occasionally persist for more than 12 months post-infection.

This mean you had infection in the past. ( for which you had / have no symptoms as per your history )

Both create different antibodies.

hi,here is my main concern, if I have herpes there should be some kind of blister and sore around genital area and lip, but I do not have that symptoms. the reason I order this test is, I have a relation with female friend, she said that she had herpes zoster one year ago and she got treatment with that. is it possible it could be herpes zoster. I heard that there is cure of herpes online, do you think that is reliable source. herpes look like a parasite only making skin problem. thank you

Brief Answer:
Zoster and simplex are different.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You have tested positive for Herpes Simplex and can be positive without any symptoms or signs of H Simplex any time in life. Many people with positive tests will never have the blisters at all.
Herpes zoster can be transmitted only during the stage of vesicles when the fluid comes in contact with another person.
In H Simplex- the infectivity is any time and can be without any rash at all.
It is not possible to be herpes zoster.

Herpes zoster has no similarity with herpes simplex.
I can understand your concern.

You have read about allopathy to give you cure for herpes?
No cure in Allopathy- this is the most researched disease.
I frankly do not about other pathies like Homeopathy or so.

Herpes is a viral disease.

hey, what gonna happen to be normal life if I get married to healthy woman. what is the chances of transmitted? do you think all the people who have been saying that they tested negative are the fake people? I am just curious! what your opinion sir?

Brief Answer:
Nothing much to worry about at the moment .

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear friend.

Stop worrying at the moment.

All the positive tests do not necessarily mean that either you or your would be wife will have the problem.

There is definitely a chance of transmission. If her resistance power is good, she too will not get any problem.

No, No - all the people who say they tested negative may not be fake. But it is possible that someone can lie too. There is no sure-shot way to believe or not believe someone.
I can understand what you meant by.

So trying to say, if something has happened- can not be reversed. So get a lesson from the past experience- live in the present as you have no problems - and why bother about future when no one can predict the happenings...

I hope you are getting my point.
Just relax.

Where are you staying at the moment- XXXXXXX makes me a bit curious.
