Brief Answer:
would be best to check hormone levels first

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would be best to check your thyroid hormone levels before altering this medication.

As you would know, thyroid hormone plays an important role in number body functions so it is vital that normal levels are maintained.
If you use the hormone replacement and your thyroid hormone levels go too high then this would cause problems.

There are other reasons for fatigue such as anemia, chronic physical illnesses, psychological conditions so clarifying the reason for your sluggishness would be best

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
