Brief Answer:
Masturbation is not a disease; no tests needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I understand your concerns.

First, I would like to tell you that masturbation is completely a safe habit and it is not associated with any harm to sexual health or body health. It is not a disease. So, no tests are needed.

I can give you some tips which you will find useful to overcome this habit:

-Many a times the desire to masturbate is an outcome of loneliness, boredom, or frustration. If you are looking at masturbation as a solution to your loneliness or boredom, focus on overcoming these feelings, rather than focusing on suppressing masturbation.
You can roam around with friends, go for a movie, can indulge in your hobbies etc.

-Strictly stop waching pornography. Put all your pornographic magazines, internet access out of your reach.

- Exercise daily. If you already exercise daily, increase your physical activity. It will reduce your stress and anxiety level, which may be an underlying cause of your habit.
Practicing relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation can help you to remain stress-free.

-Go to the bathroom often to keep your bladder empty. A full bladder can at times cause sexual stimulation. Some people have experienced that going to the bathroom makes it easier for them to resist the desire to masturbate.

-Tell yourself repeatedly that you can stop it. Masturbating is not a disease. If you are determined to overcome it, you will. Look at it as a test of your will power. Remind yourself that you are strong enough to resist temptations.

-Put a note on your wall saying something like “I am my own master”. It will help boost your self-image as a more confident person and someone in absolute control.

Hope you find these suggestions helpful.

Feel free to ask further.

Take care.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
masturbation does not cause sexual dysfunction.

Detailed Answer:
you are most welcome :)

As I told you earlier, masturbation is completely safe. It does not cause any kind of sexual dysfunction.

The reason for very dilute liquid is excessive masturbation. The glands which form semen need some time to produce semen, once it is discharged while masturbation.
But as you masturbate very frequently in a day, the semen is discharged as a clear liquid before it is completely formed.

These are all myths that masturbation cause erection problems or low sperm count.

The reason for not getting good erection every time is that males have a refractory period after every sexual activity. In this refractory period, he is unable to perform sexual activity fully. As this period is over, the erection becomes normal. Muscle fatigue also contribute to it.
Once you reduce your frequency of masturbation, everything will be fine.

Even then, if you wish to go for tests, I would suggest you to go for semen analysis.
You can discuss your report here with me.
I will try to resolve your confusions and worries in all possible ways.

I wish you good health.
Thanks.
