Brief Answer:
For one time use it's fine.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P

Sinarest contains Paracetamol , Chlorphenaramine and Pseudoephedrine. Among these Paracetamol and Chlorphenaramine are safe but Pseudoephedrine though doesn't affect the baby it may reduce breast milk production.

If it is a single dose then no problem you can take . But if you are planning to take it for 2-3 days then better not .

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.

Thanks Doctor.
Then is there any alternative safe medicine that I can take for blocked nose, headache (sinus symptoms) and no fever?

Thanks,
P.S. I'm breastfeeding a 4.5 month baby.

Brief Answer:
Use Paracetamol and Karvol Plus

Detailed Answer:
HI

Take Paracetamol for headache 2-3 times a day.

You can use Karvol Plus Vapocaps. It comes as big capsule , you need to puncture it . There will be some fluid inside which you need to put it in a glass of water. Mix it well and boil the water. Inhale the steam from nose . This will reieve your blocked nose.
