Brief Answer:
Balanitis, avoid irritants, bacitracin cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

It is difficult to say without examination, but based on the information it appears that, it might be balanitis. It is inflammation of the head of the penis.

I suggest that you be examined by a doctor to confirm this.

I before prescribing medication, I would suggest you to avoid using irritants such as perfumed soap, lotion, or powder. Use cotton undergarment to avoid friction. I also advice you to avoid pulling off fore skin, which may hamper healing.

Soak the glans, after retracting the foreskin in warm water. This often helps.

Make sure you keep proper hygiene. Topical clotrimazole cream or bacitracin cream application should also help, if it were to be balanitis.

Yet , again I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
