Brief Answer:
CT scan whole abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you are having nausea, slight vomiting sensation, constipation , bowel irritation, dark stool and slight pain i will advise you to do a CT scan of whole abdomen.

If any space occupying lesion is found in the stomach region then upper gastrointestinal endocopic biopsy has to be done to rule out stomach cancer.

Since you are not having weight loss and lack of appetie you may be suffering from gastritis and not stomach cancer.

Thanks for the advice.

These symptoms existing for than 4 yrs, when I consulting doctors they prescribe medicines for irritable bowel syndrome. If I follow the symptoms got reduced then after some days it would come back.

I'm really confused.

I'll follow what do you suggest but meanwhile can you please brief how the stomach cancer patients seems in early and also in advanced stage?

Brief Answer:
Pain in upper abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Symptoms of stomach cancer in early stage are pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen especially after eating, indigestion, feeling sick off food, sense of fullness after eating, weight loss, loss of appetite and bleeding in small amounts which may pass through faceces turning it black.

Symptoms of stomach cancer in advanced stage are the same symptoms as above but more severe.

Feeling generally unwell and more tired than usual.

Becoming anaemic if the tumour regularly bleeds. This can cause you to become more tired than usual.

The cancer growing very large and causing a blockage to food and drink.
