Brief Answer:
No worries, a simple urine strip could be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Urine color is generally a translation of its concentration. It could also represent the presence of certain substances. It is disturbing if it is red (meaning blood), coca cola (excessive blood cell destruction) or extremely yellow (bile).

Your description of your urine to me should not be a cause for concern. In case the urine produced a lot of foam, this could be a translation of some kidney disease, though not always pathologic all the time. However, if you are too worried, a simple urine strip could be able to detect any abnormal elements in the urine. But I really do not think you need to bother for now.

The white color of the toenail to me is no real issue. In case all the toes were white and maybe nails with generalized pallor, this could indicate anemia. It becomes problematic when there is a change in the shape of nails.

So for now, no worries.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
