Question : is it ok to place an ice cube on a hemorrhoid for 30 seconds at a time as a treatment
regimen. This is for an external hemorrhoid.

Yes. it is a temporary treatment.

Hi XXXXXXX It is alright to put ice on an external hemorrhoid. Rather cryotherapy has classically been tried for external hemorrhoids. However, permanent cure remains surgical removal.
Ice application will not cause any damage.
