Brief Answer:
Should wait for 2 to 3 years from the last cesarean section

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I understand your concern and I will try to help you.

Having a thin uterus wall after two cesarean section ,is a known data.
It doesn't occur in all women who have had previous cesarean delivery ,but is often
The most common side effect of thin uterine wall is uterine rupture(tearing) with mother and fetal consequences .
But in my opinion there is nothing to worry about.

If you will wait for 3 to 4 years to get pregnant from the last cesarean section, and you will do a scheduled section at 38 weeks of pregnancy, chances of uterine rupture are very very low.

All the best
