Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Question: Hi! I would like to ask if there is a chance of pregnancy in our current condition. I am 22 years old girl. Here is how it goes.

I got intimate with my boyfriend, was it sex I don't know. Our genital area touched for few minutes. He almost inserted his penis inside me for once, it was a little deep, for once. But as he was about to climax at that moment, he didn't push further, so apparantly his sperm didn't get inside me. But that was just apparantly, maybe a little amount of sperm got inside me at the beginning of his climax (although in his knowledge it didn't get inside), or it may have enetered even before that as pre-ejaculation while our genitals made a contact. Is there a chance of pregnancy due to either 1) little sperm inside my vagina due to his climax (if it got inside) 2) pre-ejaculation sperm due to contact of genital area

Here is information regarding my menstrual cycle if required. I often have irregular menstrual cycle. My last period was on 11th December 16, and before that, I had period on 18th September 16. (My normal menstrual cycle is 32-35 days). On 13th February I feel that I am going to have my next period again soon, as I feel a little pain in my breast again like I used to when I am about to have my periods, maybe I am about to have my period soon. But this (sex?) things happened on 14th February.

We didn't intend to have sex. Just intimate. So, we both have no intention that I would be pregnant. So, I am thinking about eating emergency contraceptive 72hrs. But as those pills may be unhealthy for women, I would like to skip that as much as possible. Do you feel that I am required to eat emergency contraceptive pills? Is there a chance of pregnancy? What is the effect of emergency contraceptive pills on women?

Please help me. Thank You

Brief Answer:
Emergency pill advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
Yes dear there can be pregnancy with pre-cum in the vagina.
So it's advisable to take emergency pill.
And yes it does harm the body in the form of erratic periods and difficult ovulation for 2-3 cycles.
So better to have protection in the form of condoms always.
Take care in future

Thank You. I have taken the pill. I would like to ask regarding the effect of pill, something more the the side effect written on the paper that comes with the pill. Here is my case,

I didn't mention my health condition, that I had low hb, and rbc (very low) during last year, September, October. I think I had the symptoms too, head ache, shortness of breath etc. although not serious I think. I hope I am fine now, but I haven't confirmed it yet. I still have head aches. I don't know my hb and rbc level now. I just hope it is ok. If my rbc and hb is low, will the pill have bad effects on me?

I read on internet that emergency contraceptives are carcinogens for breast. Is it true? Do I get myself in risks of breast cancer or ovary damage by eating the pill?

Thank You

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
I understand your anxiety about the issue but there is no such harm after this pill and you will be fine soon but in general for your gynaecological health avoid taking pills every now and then and rather use barrier method in the form of condoms.
All the best

Thank You. As I have follow up, let me use it all, for the worth of my payment.

Where do the discharge come from? If it is blood or some discharge, where does it come from?
Last night I vomit. Today I feel like vomiting too. And there is pain in my lower abdomen.

I understand that there is nothing to worry. But if you can add some more soothing words, that will be very valuable for me.

Thank You.

Brief Answer:
Due to emergency pill

Detailed Answer:
You are most welcome to ask any questions in future as well.

This brownish discharge is because of reactionary withdrawal bleeding because of pill and is seen in almost 60-70% of cases.

So generally nothing to worry and it will be gone soon .

Regards

Hi! After that brownish discharge which I mentioned, the next day it was negligible. However, after three days i.e. yesterday evening I had pain in my lower abdomen and when I reached home I saw small amount of blood in my underwear. And today the blood has been coming out with pain in my lower abdomen. Is there something to worry about. This time it is not brownish discharge, I think it is purely blood now.

Brief Answer:
bHCG advised

Detailed Answer:
It is because of the emergency pill intake and is not related to pregnancy.
Still if you want to recheck just get a blood test named bHCG and it will tell you the exact status of pregnancy if at all present
