Brief Answer:
Chemical pregnancy not responsible

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
1. Pregnancy can occur in this month. Follicles generally rupture when they reach a size of 18-20 mm. Sometimes, the follicle grow slowly and ovulation can take place late in the cycle. So, you both should have intercourse every alternate day in whole cycle.
2. Susten should be taken only once the follicle ruptures, as it works only when the conception is there.
3.No, chemical pregnancy is not responsible for non rupture of Follicles. Other causes like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia should be ruled out.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Ovulatory dysfunction

Brief Answer:
HCG injection

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Follicles not rupturing and converting into a cyst needs to be treated by giving hCG injection at midcycle.
This injection will facilitate ovulation and help in conceiving.
You should consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
