Question : Me and my girlfriend had oral sex on the 21st of Oct. and i ejaculated, an hour later we fooled around and grinded nude (there was never any penetration) without any protection but no ejaculation took place. 5 days ago she's been having sore breasts and her period was supposed to start yesterday. instead, she only had two small drops of blood and that's it, her breasts aren't sore anymore and she had cramps yesterday but now it's gone.
is it possible she might be pregnant? from pre-cum
P.S she's a virgin

Hello, I understand your health concerns.
There is no chance of pregnancy because
- there wasn't any ejaculation
- without penetrating pre cum cannot cause pregnancy and that too in a virgin.
Nothing to worry as many patients have disturbed periods following first sexual behavior.
Just wait for her periods for a week and I'm sure she will get them in a couple of days from now.

Thanks for your imput Doc but i got a few more questions.

So no chance these few drops at the begining were implantation bleeding?

and she did get her period but it's really painful that the pain is spreads to the back, is it normal?

I understand the botheration but the fact is it is common to have bloated sensation in stomach, backache and mood swings when there is delay in periods.
All these symptoms are due to disturbed levels of hormones and will subside once she gets her periods.
Ask her to take a walk daily and drink lukewarm water twice a day for 3-5 days.
It will help her in getting relieved from backache but if it is disturbing then hot fomentation with hot water bottle is the best remedy.
