Brief Answer:
Choose a sex position that is comfortable for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

The problems would not be caused by sex more then by the position that you would choose to apply during sex.
You can explore and find a position which is comfortable and enjoyable for you. Sex is healthy and would increase the elasticity of some joint and conserve the range of motion too.
The same applies for the sciatic nerve problem- all depends on the position that is comfortable for you.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
