Is Smoking Marijuana Bad For Hodgkin's Lymphoma?

Question: Can Marijuana smoking cause hodgkins lymphoma to relapse? I had a stem cell transplant 6 months ago and am now facing another relapse of hodgkins. I am real strong, muscular, athletic so I'm surprised I still have this. Could my smoking medical Marijuana a few times per week have caused the relapse?

OK because the Marijuana helps me cope, and I enjoy it
I feel strong still and just don't want to feel l guilty I guess.
