Question: I am 37. According to blood tests I am already in menopause. The doctor recommended a hystorectomy because on unusual cycles and pain. Should I consider and what is the risks. I already have 3 children and dont want more.

If you are already in menopause then the irregular bleeding will stop on its own. The surgery can be avoided as it is a major surgery. Till then you can start with the birth control pill - Claria to regulate your periods. You can take the pill for 6 months and then stop it and see if the periods become regular or stop completely.
