I read your question carefully and I understand your concern regarding drug interactions.

I am afraid that combination is not safe. Those are two antidepressants which both increase the levels of a neurotransmitter called serotonin and as a result cause what is called serotonin syndrome.

It is very rare but can be life threatening so for that reason their use together is not recommended and some other alternative must be used.
