Is The Tri-dot Rapid HIV Test Conclusive 2 Years After Exposure?

Question: I had protected sex in 2012 and got tested negative for HIV in 2013! Out of fear and anxiety I got my self re-tested today bia tri-dot assay and the result is negative! After the sex encounter in 2012, I had no sexual relations with anyone! Are the results conclusive?
