Brief Answer:
topical and oral yogurt/lactobaccilli

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Gardenarella is one of the bacteria associated with the infection bacterial vaginosis.

Antibiotics are the mainstay of treatment.

There have been studies which looked at the use of topical application and oral use of yogurt/lactobaccilli preparation in an attempt to restore the lactobaccilli population in the vaginal area but the results have been inconsistent.
It is effective in some and not in other persons.

This is the only natural treatment that you may be able to try.

If this is not effective then you may want to consider metronidazole instead of the tinidazole to see if this would work instead.
It is in the similar family of drugs as the tinidazole but it may work for you. They are different dosing options available.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
