Hello XXXXXXX
There is absolutely no problem in the marriage of a AB +ve male with a B +ve female.
The only problem with childbirth and the baby's health is if the female is RH negative ( any blood group but Rhesus negative ) and the husband is RH positive.
This is not the case with you.
You can safely marry any female with a positive blood group.
Take care and feel free to ask for further clarifications.

Hi doc
what if they are in blood relation. What if boy is from father side and girl is from mothers side
doctor
Answered by Dr. Aarti Abraham (11 minutes later)
Hello
If the boy is from the fathers side and the girl is from the mothers side, there is obviously no " blood " relationship.
There is no problem in that case.
I meant first cousins etc.
If the couple is blood related, it is called consanguinity
It can lead to abnormal babies, increased possibility of hereditary diseases etc.
