Is Tingling Sensation In Hands While Taking Deep Breath Normal?

Question: Is it normal when i take a deep breath to have tingling in my hands for a split second and then it goes away? I also notice when i drink alcohol i feel it right away like a flush?

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

That tingling feeling in both hands is not associated with any serious cause, especially given that it is for such a short duration, doesn't show any brain or peripheral nerve issue. Some simple blood tests for electrolyte levels and thyroid function could be taken as they can at times cause such symptoms, but probably will come out normal. Anxiety may be a cause as well.

As for the association with alcohol that is common as it causes dilatation of blood vessels and it is not reason to worry either.
