Is Vaginal Pain From An Ingrown Hair A Cause For Concern?
Question: would a ingrown hair hurt in the shower if water hits in the vaginal area? or is it something more serious?

If there is sign of abscess, ingrown hair or bartolini gland inflammation then yes, it would be painful if water presses it or on any other pressure. But if pain is felt deeper in vagina and uterus and there is no genital skin change then it may indicate something else and you should see gynecologist for further testing. Wish you good health.
