Question : I have joined swimming classes recently. Looking for a lotion/Cream that needs to applied to avoid tanning w.r.t chlorine water

Hi XXXXXXX,

Tanning can occur due to chlorinated water and sun exposure.

Avoid timings of swimming when there is bright-sunlight.

Try to attend before 8 Am in morning and after 6 pm evening.

Apply water resistant sunscreen to face and arms before swimming Zoray aquagel sunscreen is water resistant.

Practice sunprotection before and after swimming.

Use broad rimmed hat or cap, full sleeves clothes etc.

Take good shower before and after swimming as it can cause fungal infections.
