Question : I just noticed a lump under my left breast (along the rib cage). It is not painful, but feels like about the size of a lime. My husband first noticed it, from a distance looking at me from the left side. I have had no other symptoms?

I would like to know some more details on the problem to understand better and advice you well.

What is the consistency of the lump. Is it soft, firm or hard?
Is there any change in the skin color above the lump?
Is the skin strongly adhered to the lump?
Also do examine the breast and notify me about abnormalities, if any?
