Question : My son has been complaining of tummy pain, and has really big smelly floating stools, he is only five so just wondering if this is normal

Hi
Pain abdomen with big smelly floating stools are due to infection of the gut.
It can be due to contaminated food or water.
Please avoid out side food.
Please give him antibiotic Ofloxacin and ornidazole ,antispasmodic Dichotomise and Econorm sachets.
If it doesn't come down ,get an Ultrasound abdomen.
