Back pain is common after pregnancy. Few reasons which can cause pain such as back muscle spasm or sacroiliac joint sprain.
I suggest you to try back strengthening exercises by extension of the back muscles which can be taught by your Orthopedician or Physiotherapist.
Dont worry it wont be there forever and if it is due to muscle problem then regular back muscle stretching and exercise will solve the problem.
Taking muscle relaxants in combination with mild pain killers will help you. Doing a hot fomentation and applying a local analgesic gel on the affected area will also help in providing a relief.
Taking calcium and vitamin D 3 supplements will also help in early recovery. You can get these prescribed from your orthopedician. Take diet XXXXXXX in calcium and vitamins.
Hope this helps you. Please do write back if you have any additional concerns.
Wishing you good health...
Regards.
