Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms you are having are related to the hormonal changes in your body due to the pregnancy.
It is absolutely common to have this and it is no cause or reason for worry.
Kindly don' t worry as it can be easily controlled with Proper Medical Care. You can get yourself examined by a Gynecologist so that she can evaluate you thoroughly and conduct few tests like,

1.) Complete Blood Count
2.) Liver Function Tests
3.) Thyroid Function Tests
4.) Ultrasound scan (If necessary)
To tackle your problem, I would like you to de-stress in your daily routine and relax yourself.
• Go for a good mild walk in the morning.
• Do not skip meals/ eat in periodic intervals.
• Do not see TV / Movies with undue violence/disturbing scenes.
• Avoid arguments/anger.
• Relax by trying something like yoga/exercise/meditation.

Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Rakhi Tayal.
