I have gone through the report you have attached.

The reports says that you have normally "Anteverted Uterus with normal endometrium and Right ovary with developing follicle and no adnexial(ovarian or tubal) malignancies/ cancer."

The above reports concludes that the uterus and ovaries are normal and healthy producing follicles.

Yes, you can have children.

The other reports indicates absence of cervical cancers.
