Should I Take Any Medicine While Going For High Altitude And Low BP Problem?

Question: hello this is XXXXXXX 28 yrs old .I would be travelling to kashmir on 21 dec I wanted to know do I need to have any medicine to go to high altitude I have low bp problem .I would be carring avomine .plz assist.

Low blood pressure is not a problem on heights as far as the systolic BP that is the upper reading is above 90mmHG. Carrying Avomine is helpful if some one has motion sickness during travel.
