Brief Answer:
Regarding sexual issues

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the attachments

Libido levels vary through life and it is not uncommon to lose interest in sex from time to time which could commonly be due to psychological factors like depression and stress/ anxiety leading to erectile dysfunction (ED). More often the anxiety around Erectile dysfunction reinforces the issue and it becomes a vicious cycle. Loss of drive could also be due to tiredness which could be due to physical inactivity/ lack of exercise, obesity, alcohol intake etc. However, if the libido issue is chronic it could be due to an underlying chronic illness like diabetes, hypertension, more specifically the medications used to treat hypertension, thyroid dysfunction etc. I suggest you to not worry at this point of time. First of all, accept it that libidi may vary through the life and it could just one of that phases. You may make a positive change by little attention to your lifestyle like regular sleep, eating health, managing weight and incorporating exercise/ physical activity in your lifestyle. Get a thorough medical checkup including CBC, LFT/ KFT thyroid, and Blood pressure.
