                                            Question : Slipped on stairs and went down hard on my back.
Now my left eye is vey bloody looking.

Thanks for writing to us.
The bloody eyes indicate a subconjuctival haemorrhage ( which means there has been a bleed under the conjunctiva of the eye). This should resolve with time and with anti-inflammatory drugs. If you do not have any gastritis ( or burning sensation in the stomach), you can take Tablet Motrin 1 tablet 2-3 times daily with food.
If there is any headache, vomiting or if you lost consciousness, you may require a CT scan of the head.
