Hi XXXXXX,

Thanks for posting your query.

Are you getting vertigo/ spinning sensation of your self or environment?

For a kind knowledge, Cervical spondylosis has no connection with vertigo for which vertin is generally prescribed.

Vertigo is never caused by cervical problems.

In 99% cases, vertigo is due to inner ear problems.

As you a known case of diabetes, you should consult with physician and should het thorough check up with blood pressure and blood sugar level.

There may be high chances of brain parenchymal involvement and fungal infection in ear.

You should also consult with ENT surgeon for thorough check up of your ears.

Regarding medicines, you can take vertin 16 mg TDS (In my opinion,it is not required).

You can also take Diazepam 5 mg TDS and phenargan BD.
