Question : Hi Doctor, 1. loose motion since a week, it is not regular (means, sometime constipation , sometimes quit normal ). 3. excess of heat and gastric sensation; 4. since a day; appearance of black spots in the motion; and very rare blood appearance; 5. thirsty most of the time, ear & head ache (very rare);

To do are

1. Oral rehydration solution one packet after each episode of loose stools.

To avoid

1. milk
2. spices

till things get better.

If symptoms persist beyond a month, kindly consult a gastro enterologist as constipation alternating with loose stools and blood need evaluation.
