2. Since how many years she is suffering from thyroid problem?
3. What is her recent thyroid profile as to TSH, T3, T4.
4. What medicines she is taking presently?
5. What are her recent complaints?
6. what is the recent weight change like?
7. What are other medical concerns and other medicines she is on ?
