Question: i am in my 8th month. my daily schedule (95% of the time) is as follow:
1) have a glass of milk with protein powder in the morning at 7.15 am
2) have breakfast at 9.30am ion office (Piha, Upma, Uttapam, Idli)
3) i try eating 2 fruits, may be an apple or any fruit, depends
4) sometimes have vegetable soup of Dudhi, tomatoes and now started with beetroot
5) dinner (could be thepla, paratha sabji, dosa, rice etc)
6) in a day i eat 5-6 almonds.
7) my ongoing medicines are folic acid tablet, calcium tablet, thyroid tablet and 2 times iron tablet


i want to know if this is fine for my baby's proper development.
