Question : I am taking Kava Root and it seems to be significantly reducing my back pains. I see I'm not supposed to be taking Kava Root long term. Are there any other supplements, or pharmaceuticals I can try to reduce the back pains?
Brief Answer:
Yes using kava root for long term is not good.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Taking kava root for long term is not good. You can take ginger which is helpful. Taking avocado is also good.
There is ayurvedic proprietary medicine called Rumalaya forte by himalaya wellness. Taking two capsules twice daily is helpful for back ache.
You can also go for physiotherapy like TENS. Hot fomentations on back is also good. Sleep on hard mattress.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
