Unfortunately, such combination is only produced by 2 manufacturers, 1 in Mexico and 1 in Peru.

However, you can find Meloxicam 7.5 mg and Methocarbamol 215 mg separately in US. So, instead of taking only 1 pill, you can take 2 pills with the same effect.

Otherwise, you can order it from Mexico.
