Brief Answer:
Your best choice of energy drink should contain cocoa.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

1. You need to drink something that indeed has got 6% carbohydrate. This is different from sugar or fat, of course. This serves as a fuel for the body.
2. You need a minimum of sixteen ounces of fluids. This is because gym workouts tend to dehydrate the body, through loss of water in sweat.
3. You need something that is natural in origin, more so than synthetic drinks available in the market.
4. The best drink possible, given all your constraints and qualifiers is arguably chocolate in it's pure and raw form. This is not to say that you must go in for the many commercial versions of chocolate drinks that contain excessive sugar and are spiked with caffeine.
5. Raw chocolate powder is available as a cooking ingredient. This is devoid of the fats and the elements that you wish to avoid.
6. I suggest that you have a small amount of green tea, cold, as antioxidant cover.
7. Avoid glitzy and ultra popular commercial preparations.
8. You might want to try this. After you get the results you wish, you can add to this, modifying it as you wish. (In flavor)

Kindly revert back to me if you have any doubts or further questions.

Brief Answer:
Eat Soy proteins. Visit a doctor. Healthy lifestyle. Healthy levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

1. You need to discuss cholesterol levels with a doctor just once.
2. This is the best way to go about normalizing your levels. Think about it.
3. You can then take medicines for cholesterol.
4. Again, you are right in saying that exercise (cardio workouts) are really the
best life changing lifestyle solution for you.
5. Let me give you an idea. If you were to simply go for a morning walk, not jog, a simple steady paced morning walk for 45 minutes a day, and if you were to faithfully maintain this habit, this will boost your health and normalize your levels. This is equal to going to a gym, for which you might have to motivate yourself and perhaps struggle physically.
6. Make sure that your diet contains plenty of fruit juices. See that you eat greens and salads. This nutritional technique works wonders for most people.
7. I would suggest soy proteins are better, since you will get more benefits, given your needs, in a point for point comparison with whey proteins.

I am future positive that you will enjoy good health given that you follow these simple guidelines.

Thanks.
