Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
Moxclav is an antibiotic.
Did she have a bacterial throat infection? If it was a viral infection then it will take 5 - 10 days to clear on its own without antibiotic. Antibiotics are needed only in bacterial infection.
How high is the fever?
Usually it takes atleast 2- 3 days of antibiotic therapy to clear the infection. Whenever the infection clears, fever will also clear. Fever actually helps in clearing the infection. Upto 101 deg of fever is acceptable. If the fever is beyond 102 deg crocin is to be given. Crocin is to be taken 4 times a day for fever. The dose is 15 mg/kg. So if the baby is 8-9 kg then the single dose will be 4-5 ml. If fever is not coming down with crocin then sponging of forehead and body should be done with cotton cloth soaked in cold water.
If the baby has runny nose then cetirizine syr can also be given to reduce the secretions. It also helps in the baby to sleep better.
Give her food that she wants to take.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

The doses are correct
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
A fever of 101 deg will help in clearing infection. The doses are correct. These infections clear in 5 - 10 days. Antibiotic is not having effect because the infection is viral. It will clear on its own.
My approach to upper respiratory infections in babies is different. Most of these infections are viral and do not need antibiotics. Antibiotics can kill the normal flora and cause gastrointestinal symptoms. Thus I avoid these in babies unless really needed. Now that she has started the antibiotics, it can be continued for 3 - 5 days. Probiotics can be tried. Curd/yogurt/buttermilk help in antibiotic induced diarrhea.
Keep patience. The immunity does its job well in babies.
