Suggest Birth Control Methods

Question: Hi we would to like to go a birth control method. Can you please suggest a procedure for the same. We have a daughter 2 years old. I am 34 years and my wife is 31years My mother in law had breast cancer at age of 45 and now she is no more ..so my doctor suggested not to take oral pills We prefer a procedure which is not very intrusive and can be reversed if needed. Thanks XXXXX

Actually with a family history of breast cancer, oral contraceptive pills are best avoided. Would condoms not suit you, as they are safest ? If not, you can opt for the Today intravaginal sponge, which is effective. The Copper T IUCD ( intra uterine contraceptive device ) is also an excellent non hormonal option .
