i want to analyse b group vitamins and vitamine d in my body to know if there is a difecenci
what shall i say to the lab
just to analyse b1, b6,b12, d
or i have to mention something like in the syrum or???

-vitamin B1(thiamine)
-Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal phosphate)
-Vitamin B12
and Vitamin D.
B12 and D are tested in most labs.
