Brief Answer:
Need to modify lifestyle first

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HealthcareMagic,

I do understand your concern

As per your blood pressure history is concerned your BP is under control so take that medication as advised by your doctor. Besides it if you want to reduce your intake of medications you need to change your life style first as below-:

1) Do take-up a healthy diet plan so discuss with your nutritional expert to make a [DASH]diet plan and it emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish, low-fat dairy foods and potassium etc

2) Restrict extra salt in your diet

3) Maintain a healthy weight and if overweight then try to reduce it by 5%

4) Do involve in regular physical activities

5) Try to avoid or limit alcohol, smoking & tobacco

6) Do yoga and meditation to manage stress

7) Do check your blood pressure at home by using arm machines, but for an accurate reading, every month check your pressure by your family doctor also.

Hope that helps and within one month your medications will be reduced.
Regards
