Brief Answer:
Since you are on Nebicard, the dose can be increased
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since you are on Nebicard, the dose can be increased to reduce heart rate. Alternately, Metoprolol can be given instead of Nebicard. It is more effective in controlling blood pressure and heart rate. Please consult with your doctor.
Also rule out anemia, TSH and MVP (mitral valve prolapse--do a 2 D Echo)
They can all cause tachycardia.
