Question : Hi I am 37 years old I had my left ovary and fallopian tube removed 2 years ago I am now experiencing weight gain unable to sleep and no sex drive is there any natural herb I can take to help me with these problem?

1. Was Unilateral Salpingo-oophrectomy done as preventive procedure against some pelvic pathology Do let me know about your marital status and issues [if any]?
PS. since women will still able to conceive and carry pregnancy.

2. Any Gynecological Examination [pelvic infection]/Investigation [thyroid/ prolactin/ ultrasonography and other hormonal profile] done?

3. Is your menstruation Normal?

4. Psychological /emotional problems [unable o sleep], change in sex drive is/are complications of the same.
PS. are you taking any HRT [hormone replacement therapy]? and is there any history of heart disease and/or osteoporosis?
